RAPUNZEL CLOTHING CO  - TERMS & CONDITIONS

We make every effort to keep our website stock up to date but please accept our apology if your chosen size, colour or style is unavailable at the time of order confirmation since all stock is subject to availability. Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible however the actual colours you see will vary from computer to computer. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any particular colour will be accurate and this will not entitle you to a refund.
Any order placed by yourself via our website constitutes an offer by you to Rapunzel Clothing Co to purchase that particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this Website at the time you place your order. Rapunzel Clothing Co reserves the right to accept / reject any offer for whatsoever reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order. No binding contract shall be constituted unless Rapunzel Clothing Co communicates to you that it has accepted your order / offer and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed.

Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and include 12.5% GST.


DELIVERY

Upon receipt of your order, we will endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Orders will be sent by untracked, normal NZ Post and delivery times are 3 days to any destination on the North Island and 2 days to any destination on the South Island. Should you wish to make alternative arrangements, kindly advise us when you place your order.

RETURNS POLICY

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us and return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Goods may be returned by Mail or in person to Rapunzel Clothing Co and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Rapunzel Clothing Co and the manufacturer. Please include a note with a description as to what is wrong with your item.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you will be liable for payment of freight and handling charges and we must receive the goods back in the original state, with the original tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order / docket when returning goods. Alternatively you are very welcome to exchange goods at our store. If we cannot exchange the item then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 6 months. Rapunzel  reserves the right not to exchange on sale items. For further information on Product Returns, please refer to Trade Practices Guidelines, which Rapunzel Clothing Co adheres to.

Direct Deposit - For Direct Deposit orders, Rapunzel Clothing Co will not dispatch your order until payment has been received and cleared. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution. GST is not charged on purchases sent to overseas addresses.
